Prima Visual Media is fully open for the month of June while Narda travels overseas. All shooting appointments are handled by Brandon during this window.
For higher-end listings, Artisan HDR is available in place of Signature flash: every image hand-blended by a human editor for consistent color, clean whites, and reduced haze. Swift Frames remains available as usual for budget-conscious listings. Availability is limited, so please book early.

You’ll need the listing address when booking so our system can calculate drive time and show accurate availability. Appointment length varies by property size, and you’ll get a confirmation email once your session is booked. Properties with a finished basement, entertainment areas, outbuildings, or notable views may need additional photos to fully capture everything.

Artisan HDR
While Narda is away in June, Brandon is behind the camera and our editing team is hand-blending every image for consistent color, clean whites, and reduced haze.

Swift Frames
Our Swift Frames packages feature HDR photography and exclusively priced add-ons for budget-conscious listings.
Need a staging checklist for photo day?
We created a checklist that you can give to your sellers to ensure their house is picture perfect for photo day! The checklist is divided into two sections: the top section lists things to do leading up to photo day, and the black box at the bottom contains everything that your sellers should do on the day of our arrival to get the best photos possible!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I view your availabilty without having to enter all the property information first?
Because we provide a variety of real estate media services across a multi-county region, we need to know where to go and what services are being requested before we can provide an accurate availability window.
Our software takes into account drive time to arrive at your specified address, the length of time for all services to be completed, and our availability to ensure you get the soonest possible times accurately displayed for you.
When is the soonest I can book you?
We accept bookings as late as 9pm the night before you would like us to arrive. If you need to schedule something outside of our usual operating hours, please contact us by phone to discuss alternative times. Please note that shoots scheduled after hours or on weekends will incur an after-hours fee as specified on our pricing sheet.
Did you get my booking?
Once you click the "Place Your Order" button at the bottom of the booking form, the system sends both of us a confirmation email. When you receive your confirmation email, rest assured I have been notified as well. If you do not see a confirmation email after booking, please re-submit your booking request or contact me via phone for additional support.
How do I reschedule or change my appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel upcoming appointments through our client portal by clicking here. If you have booked a session with us, then you already have an account in our system.
You can request a password for your account by clicking here. Once logged in to your account, you can view your upcoming appointments and modify, reschedule, or cancel them. If you are still encountering an issue, please contact me directly via phone for additional support.
When will I get my media?
All photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and marketing kits are delivered the morning after the scheduled schoot date. Please allow up to 48 hours after filming for finished video to be delivered.Β
What about payment?
Our booking system allows for payment at the time of booking or upon delivery of media.
Please refer to our terms and conditions regarding overdue invoices.Β
Who has the rights to these photos?
The Copyright for all photographs taken by Prima Visual Media during a photographic shoot remain with Prima Visual Media and are protected under local and international copyright laws.Β Copyright is not transferable.Β Permission is granted to the real estate agent, business or individual who made the booking with Prima Visual Media to use the photographs from this shoot in the marketing of this property only, for a period of 12 months from the date of the shoot.
Use of any image for any additional marketing or promotion, by any other business orΒ individual (including any use by architects, builders, painters, kitchen suppliers, stylists and other businesses or individuals in any print or web publication), is a violation of copyright.
