If you are not satisfied with the photographs, we will either come back and shoot again, or you can hand back the photos and pay nothing.
What’s included in our Guarantee?
If we can’t reshoot it, photoshop it, or otherwise make it right, you pay absolutely nothing.
We take complete responsibility for mistakes that our company made or anything that we did, but it does not cover mistakes made by others, or things out of our control. That would include things like the weather, or the owner of the property, or the presentation of the home.
If the photographer recommends that the shoot be rescheduled and the realtor declines, then we cannot guarantee the quality of the photos.
